Medical Testing in Delhi?!

Can anyone recommend anywhere in Delhi to have medical tests done? I'm not ill, but know that you can get full health checks done here much cheaper than at home so I'd be interested to have it done. I'm also quite keen on a parasite test (just in case!). My friend got one recently and found she had worms! Any recommendations appreciated! Many thanks!

Medical tests

Hi,
If you are Australian, though I am sure all embassies will do this... they can email you, or you can pick up from the embassy in Delhi a list of doctors, hospitals and lawyers they recommend. You need to contact the Australian Embassy in Delhi. Sorry I don't have the number or email address on me at the moment though you can look it up on their website.

I went to lalpathlabs but the woman there didn't speak English and wanted to test me for malarial parasites! She implied I needed to see a Doctor first who could recommend the approproate tests. Anyway, I ended up going to East West Medical Centre in Greater Kailash (who are recommended in a guide book) and they were brilliant! Highly recommended if you're in need of medical treatment. The doctor I saw there is the first one I've come across so far in India who seemed to have any idea of what she was doing. It's also the only place I've been that seemed remotely clean/sterile and where I had a consultation in private!
