As you'll have gathered by now, you don't need to get anything before going to India. If, however, members of your party are school-going, they might need something before they're allowed back into school. A few years ago my ex-husband's nephew, who was living and schooling in the US, went home to India for a few weeks. The school warned the parents before they left that he wouldn't be allowed back in unless he could prove that he'd been inoculated against certain diseases. Hazel |
