Suggest speaking to your local tropical health clinic, your local GGD should be able to advise you or give you directions in the Netherlands, or try the KIT who will point you further.

You didn't mention when you are going, which would matter. Anyway, better speak to them about it. I hope you're reading some guidebooks in the meantime, those four states you mention make for a very interesting corner of India but they're not famous as the easiest ones for a first-timer or anyone else. Have you been before? What do you plan to do there/what places would you like to visit? How long are you staying for? Can you give us some clues as to your travel backgrounds and whatever else might be relevant?
