list with medications

Hellow,

Since I take several medications I was wondering if I should have a list with al the med. i take and also a letter from the doctor? I've heard this a few times but I would appriciate if you could give me some feedback 'bout it.

Yes I think this is a good idea.

If you need special care or treatment in any case of accident etc. I believe every doctor likes to get as much information as possible.
Hope you will never never need it.

Make certain your list contains the chemical name, not just the brand name given by the drug company. You'll also need the size of the dose, and why you are taking it.

I've carried this information and so far, I've not needed it! Still, it's another layer of safety.

If you have ongoing, chronic conditions, you might also consider a medical ID bracelet.
