"Lime juice" is mostly water with some sugar and some juice of a lime-lemon-whatever added. Straight lime juice would be way too strong. So just know that you're probably getting tap water unless the establishment specificies they use only bottled water. "Fresh lime soda," with the bottled soda water instead, is where it's at, in my opinion.
In the States, limes are green and lemons are yellow. |

Soda with lemon!! MMMMMM......
I heard somewhere that citric acid is a kind of natural antiseptic and so water added with it is safer? ![]()
