Leptospirosis

i've read about leptospirosis epidemic in mumbai. does some vaccin exist? any advice/experience?

Doxycycline is very effective in treating leptospirosis. Anyway you are going to be using doxycycline for keeping you safe from malaria. You will get double the bang for your buck.
