OP - have you tried asking whoever is at the desk at your hotel? That's a good start. S/he is likely to know where the nearest source is, or if not, someone who knows somebody who does.

Exclamation Answers...

In reply to the previous answer posts...
This is my 4th. trip to India, 6 months each time...
I speak to numerous people all the time.
No Indian I've talked to here has any idea what Lecithin is, let alone where to get it.
I have asked numerous pharmacies, supermarkets, Ayurveda suppliers.
I have emailed Lecithin manufacturers here in India. No reply.
I am currently trying to get a response from confectionery manufacturers in Trivandrum.
May I suggest that if you had a Fatty Liver, and wanted to try a natural remedy, you may Post a request for help in the India Mike Health and Well Being FORUM?
Or maybe you'd just like me to post the account of a recent move to a Ghesthouse here, that has a contaminated (raw sewage) water supply, that they have no intention of rectifying..
If you don't have a relevant positive suggestion. Please don't Reply.

Don't be thin skinned. If you came up to someone on the street you would get the same replies. If anyone here has this wonderfully arcane info they will certainly chime in..

You might want to check this company out. Funny, I couldn't remember the actual name for Trivandrum so I just stuck that & Lecithin into Google (disclaimer, I own an insignificant number of shares in that company) and got..

What is that humongous official name?

Thank you, yes, I take Ayervedic medicine for my Liver, and Liv52 is the old favorite. They also make a Liv52DS, which means double strength.
