Keeping healthy while abroad!

This is advice for anyone travelling to countries like India, or family members that are, who want to take precautions against any stomach upset whilst away!

My son recently visited India, and being renound for his sensitive stomach, on the advice of a friend, I made him take a product called Travla with him. It was fantastic! Usually he is the first to suffer stomach upset when he goes abroad but this really helped him to enjoy his stay as much as possible. I would really advise anyone who worries about getting ill while away to take some of these. They certainly worked for my son!
