Just a few squirts
Take it from someone whose blood is as sweet as honey (apparently all crawling and flying creatures find it so.....!) that there is a saviour who will deliver you from the dreaded mosquito....and it's........Indian made.......
JOY Lemon washing up liquid !! I know, you already heard that one - still, for those who aint - I thought it might be a handy tip! Just put a few squirts into a saucer and sit back and watch the little B****rs go as a moth to a flame and are gone, gone for ever....TRUE! It doesn't smell half bad (lemony) and doesn't irritate you like the GoodKnight coils can.....find it in most larger supermarkets and some smaller ones too - you just gotta look out for it!.......you know? I've been thinking that maybe if it were used as a shower gel (why not???) maybe it's repellent properties would last a darn sight longer than Odomos, goodknight and the rest of them thar creams.......ya never know 'til ya try ! |

Shanthi-
Do I understand you correctly, mosquitos are drawn to Joy dishwashing detergent and then die? Do they drown? Please elaborate! Adriane ![]() |

Absolutely
There's something in JOY that's NOT in any other wash-up liquid! But whatever it is (and the manufacturers aren't saying) it draws and kills the little sweeties Been using it for years! It's the first thing that most friends buy on arrival in India! ![]() |
