insane drinking water situation
and the water thats used for cooking
overloading the immune system theres reports that bottled water is worse than tap scanning the web ive found practically zilch safe and effective way of making it pure (exepting hauling a 20kg elec distilling machine) drinking urine solves 50% of the problem +eat a lot of melons came across a simple solar distiller in nexus magazine the other day--looks like one could build it yourself any one seen the article? |

in case others might question the wisdom of urine drinking ill
quote from my other thread..... armstrong's book 'the water of life' inspired me the most he was chronically ill-at the point of death till he started drinking his urine--made a complete and sudden recovery he went on to cure/make massive improvement on 40 000 cases i made a note that since his recovery he has never drunk water only urine and a little goat milk dont knock urine drinking its a proven time tested formula |

Curious, how long have you been doing this therapy?

Drinking urine may keep you alive for a few days if you were to crash in the desert but to drink it when you don't have to is simply insane. It offers absolutely nothing that bottled water and a proper diet does not. |

Wasn't drinking your own urine a fad in the Nineties? That didn't turn out well... I guess if the body wants to get rid of substances, you don't want to get them into the body again, but then again, who am I to judge this...
On drinking water: When traveling I only drink and cook with bottled water. This is a nuisance because you have to lug 5 to 10 liters in addition to your regular gear. But I fell sick from drinking tap water in Syria. I figured if the natives drink from that public water tap, I could too. I believe that natives of any region of the world are accustomed to the substances in the water. If you are a foreigner then you need years to adjust. In the beginning you are definitely going to feel the adjustments... ![]() |
