Growing up in hot Madras, I used to shave my head to the horror of my parents and relatives. (Yes, some cheap thrill was experienced at that rebellious age.) I was a punk rocker way ahead of time, along with Telly Savallas and other baldies. Of course, this may not work for everyone, but if/when my hair starts going, keepin' it shiny is what I'm gonnado.
(Love in times of Repression: When the hair grew back to a manicured-lawn-high stubble and women ran their hand through it, a cheap thrill was had. That's what the repressed, no-contact-between-men-and-women India does to a rebellious youth! )Last edited by LavieQ : Feb 16th, 2006 at 16:42. |
