Cool site. I am planning to complete the Golden Triangle; 2 nts Delhi, 1nt Agra & 2nts Jaipur then back to Delhi.
I am doing this the first week of April 01-08th. I think the climate at this time will be ok around early 30c.I know the country starts to hot up from April onwards. Will I be ok at the very beginning of April..please advise? Last edited by machadinha : Jan 11th, 2007 at 18:48. Reason: merged double threads |

at 48 degree celsius,it will be quite bearable if you consider the recent weather forecast for the summer of 2007 being the warmest in recorded history thanks to climate change..the indian summer will be quite pleasant

Welcome Traveladdict, I too am going to India in April & doing basially the same route. Delhi, Agra, Jaipur & were sqeezing in a flight to Varanasi too. From what I read, pleeeaaase correct me if I'm wrong Imer's, the temp ranges from 20 - 36 degrees celsius. All the travel brochures & websites I've looked at all say the same.
Perhaps though with a tummy full of hot curry ..........60degrees ![]() |

If you come here on a good budget, go for A/C rooms and cabs wherever you go, then you can enjoy being in north India in April.

Yeah, but just don't go outside your air-con'd bubble.
But, for a person from England, it can be unbearably hot. Some days you might not even want to go out. But, you did say early April, so this shouldn't be much of a problem.
