Yes I too agree with this.I am doctor and daily I see most of the cases regarding cancer .This is due to tobacco addiction.Please every one quit smoking.

Sorry, that wasn't rage. That was reductio ad absurdum.

It's you anti-smoker types who are frothing.

I'm just saying: Let's not make laws against things based on perceived 'costs' to society. Or else we're going to end up making it illegal to be overweight, to not eat a balanced diet, to drink bottled water... and so on.

Good ideas!! Let's get those laws passed.

I recommend the old Woody Allen movie "Bananas". I sure liked his "dictator" declaring it was a law to wear your underwear on the outside on Thursdays (or something like that).

I digress.....I think being overweight should be illegal and they should all be made to go on "The Biggest Loser" and make millions of people see them standing on a big scale in bike shorts & sports bras Uh oh, that's already happening....never mind.
