Well, it can be illegal bad!
![]() Not that I ever seem to see that sort of 'special' lassi this end of India: more common, I believe, up north, where the cannab... err, stuff grows ![]() |

OK, heard of bhang etc. Anyone ever enjoy this stuff?
I mean I have smelled 'special herb' and in my youth may have even inhaled, but I can't really see wanting to ingest it. (Yes, I've heard of space brownies! LOL) I've read of one IM'r being sick, anyone here actually have a positive experience with this? I was going to avoid this stuff, but am mildly interested in it regardless of if I have any or forgo that particular local treat!Kim

I've had two extremely average experiences of special lassi. So average in fact I wonder if there was nothing stronger than oregano in there.....

disclaimer: I have not read all the posts in the thread ( I may be repeateing facts)
You can get some of the best malaidar lassi (lassi with cream) in & around Varanasi. Specially famous is lassi of Ramnagar (other side of Ganges where there is a fort). But my favorite was a shop in Mughalsarai near sabzi mandi (vegetable market)
