We have hot weather in the UK, surprisingly. My home made lassi is safe. I recognized that I need really a water there before I had a tendency to do just shake of fruit and yoghurt.

It is peak summer in Delhi and in this dry weather nothing is more soothing then a sweat glass of lassi before venturing outdoor in mornings or saltish one after noon meals.

Mother Dairy here has introduced another kind of curds and lassis, PROBIOTIC, with stomach friendly bacteria.
I wonder what were we eating or drinking drinking till now, with what kind of bacteria in those traditional curds.

They were cheaper because they didn't know they were probiotic (but they were!)
