The only hotspring I have ever found in my travels was in Maharasthra and it was more of a religious site than a place to relax.
No doubt one of the reasons I haven't come across hotsprings is because of geophysical realities - if hotsprings in general are like in Burma and Canada they are generally in mountainous areas. I was in the plains.
