Hangover?....Out of sorts?
Well, there's an easy way to get relief - all ingredients available most any place in India!
To treat a hangover ut into a screw-top jar (Jam jar size, honey jar size....), the following:One large (overflowing) desert-spoonful of any kind of honey Two desert-spoonfuls of CIDER vinegar (nothing but cider vinegar) Add about an inch of cold/warm water. Shake vigourously, then fill jar almost to top with more water - shake again to mix (with screw top on - of course!!) Drink !! You can repeat this as often as needed/wanted during the day. It's RICH in minerals and rehydration properties and is also a pleasant drink (if mixed properly it tastes just like medium dry white wine!!) This mixture is good for stomach upsets too if you're unfortunate enough to get Delhi-Belly and also as a general "pick-me-up" if you've not been eating properly! Mmmmm enjoy! ![]() |

This is what i used to do
1. Eat yoghurt / lassi after the drink...or the next morning. I am told that eating a ripe banana is also good to cure hangovers instantly. |

That's a great suggestion - thanks.
Although hangovers do allow me the opportunity to wallow in self-pity, something I wouldn't otherwise do! ![]()
