goa mid may - please help
hi guys,
I am hoping that someone may be able to help. I am travelling to Goa via Mumbai in Mid May and will be there for 2 weeks. Weather wise - is this going to be a nightmare, i.e way too hot and humid - i have been checking the forecast the last week or so and it does not seem too bad 30 degrees or so but i have heard that it gets very hot? Also wanted to know whether there will be many tourists around at this time of year as i notice that the charter flights have stopped now until the new season in October Any help/ advice please would be great Thanks a lot bc |

Hi bc
The days will be definitely hot and humid and nights warm but still humid. Though it is not unbearable, but the actual time you can enjoy will be early morning and late evenings. With India's current population you won't be alone on the beach. Best of Luck Anindya

The temperature is deceptive. The relative humidity is the key. It will feel uncomfortable, so just go even slower and do less.
It's possible to get the odd pre-monsoon shower. Tourists are a bit thinner on the ground now. It can still get busy though with Indians on holiday. You will enjoy yourself. ![]()
