Of course, Mira... I don't think you thought that I was at all doubting your motives or your desire to leave the world a better place.I hope no one else misunderstood me on that score.

How about having a highly recommended colon cancer exam? You will get cleansed out and checked out at the same time.

-- it's one cancer that not found early is fatal, that a simple, disgusting exam can make a life saver. There's a big campaign here in the U.S. to get people to take this exam. It's off-putting to think about but really not a big deal (except for the cleansing part which makes you realize how long your intestines are because who knew there could be so much ). |

A colonoscopy, a far less pleasant experience I hear than a basic colonic. One has to fast for about 3 days I believe and for vegetarians there is not much on the list of allowed foods that is edible or sustaining, maybe a slice of white bread.
A good idea to have one done one or twice in your life and if there are any minor things like polyps that can cause future problems they are removed at the time. Kind of like having a mechanic checking out the engine by removing the sump to look at the crank case to see if it needs reconditioning. |

Yeah this whole scenario is intense, especially when the shit hits the fan.
There are only two points to consider, the body is programmed to process and create energy for the growth and its survival, waste products are a part of this process. The brain is dedicated to maintaining the whole system, the body is constantly in survival mode. When we decide that we don't give a shit, then not only are we going against the whole design and integrity of our physical being but we are also committing suicide, but a really gross form of it. So we either support the design concept or scrap it. 'Consciousness by Design' |

being against colonics is foolish. no one understands the laws of nature so deeply to say it is good or bad. from firsthand reports all i hear is that it feels great. people feel lighter and more free, something i can partially relate just from experience the normal release of the bowels.
on koh samui there is a buddhist thai woman with a dharma center who offer fantastic fasting courses that have a similar effect. she comes highly recommended. colonics are sensitive, and should be done by someone with attention to detail. attention to detail isn't the speciality of india as a whole, so maybe thailand is a better place for it- more attentiveness, more hygenic, more professional. india is full of quacks, so be cautious on who you offer your bum to. (to say that the toxins in the colon are natural and don't cause problems would be the same as saying the plaque on your teeth are natural and don't cause problems. there are so many factors that contribute to illness and dis-ease, and it would be foolish to think that toxins cannot be a apart of the reason that grandma died of cancer).
