Experiences in Ayurvedic spas/ treatments in Kerala?
I wonder if someone can recommend a reliable, treatment place (mid-range) where to relax for few days (Kerala)? Any tips and also any do-not advices appreciated.

check out somatheeran and its sister , manglatheeran( not sure abt the spelling)....I stayed at somatheeran in 2000 , the cheapest rooms are USD50 , treatments and food etc are extra. they also have yoga classes. It is situated on top of some cliffs outside Trivandrum on the coast and was very idyllic.

somatheeram is good but it is more expensive than any other place of similar quality .
may be you can have a look at Ashtamudy resorts Kollam it is a back water resort.
