does anybody of you indiamaniacks have a skin disease.
i'm blessed with eczema and was wondering how my skin would react on the humidity and warm weather. i
've already been to some warm coutries and my skin reacted very good but how about the humidity??
the degree of eczema is not that bad, i have a very dry skin.

and does anybody have some experiences with asthma to share? because i'm also blessed with that ...

but hey, i have a wonderfull girlfriend and in a couple of weeks i'm in india so i'm not complaining.

it could be worse

Hallo,

With asthma you better stay out of Calcutta. Polution will kill you. It bothers even completely healthy persons.

Spend as little time as possible in all the larger cities and towns!

Mind you, having said that, it depends what you are allergic to - my wife is asthmatic and seems to be more allergic to dust than pollution and is only really comfortable in the hills.

Yes humidity can add to skin problems, and creat new ones! but take heart, if you haven't already left......Show whatever you've got to the guy behind the counter at any corner apothecary, (if you can!) and he'll have a cure. They are very good with skin ailments of all kinds.
