sixrivets, although I am not Cornish, I lived there for half a dozen years, so I am obliged to say that, whilst Devon may have clotted cream of a kind, you really should have crossed the border for a taste of the real stuff

You lovely story has left me mouthwateringly craving... desperate... Ohmygod how I love that stuff.

Did I mention that, when visiting friends and family in Cornwall I used to take 5-kilo catering packs back home to London with me?

I'm sure you did. I'm sure you also know what folks in Devon think of Cornishmen: strange and unintelligible creatures Of course, to a Yank, you all sound alike - that is to say, like pirates.

Thanks for reminding me of another time I jettisoned everything and took off for parts unknown. I've been having a mild panic attack about the upcoming India tour and it was good to remember this is what I do best; peripatetic is who I've always been.

Very well then I contradict myself,

Nothing compared to a vegetarian ( heaven forbid a vegan) venturing into Argentina
