I took dukoral last year before 4 months travel round China,Tibet,Nepal and India...not one stomach upset after the second dose. The instructions said I might have a reaction to the first dose which I certainly did after a chinese meal, after the second, nada. I got quite casual about street food and even water at times. I'm a week into Delhi and have been doing the same with no ill effects.
call it cooincidence but I was sooo glad I spent the GBP 50 on it the day before I left. I got it from a private travel clinic on Fleet St. (12?) London who had advertised it in the Times. funny little place sharing with an opticians, but good service. |
