Dentist in Jaipur

Hi,
My molar chipped a few days ago and it looks like i'll need root canal and a crown.
I'm off to India in 10 days and will be spending most of my time in jaipur.
Does anyone know a good dentist there?
thanks
Fred

I have a similar problem since I am leaving in just 12 days (for 23 days) and I am in the troubled middle of a long dental cure. I hope I will have no problem during my trip to India, as my dentist is doing everything to let me leave in a "quite" (though provisional) state, but I am wandering if I can find the necessary assistance in case of urgent need; I will travel to Agra, Varanasi and Rajasthan (Bundi, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur), does anybody know if it will be quite easy to find a good densist in these places?
I am confident of yes, since the above are quite turistised areas, however I will bring with me tons of analgesics in case of trouble...
Good luck!
Gianni

Guys see my post on how to find a good dentist on this thread.

going to a dentist

I would take some advice from your dentist on what to do in case of an emergency while you are away. They shud be abe to give you advice specific to your problems that will at least tide you over for a day or two in reasonable comfort until you can get it attended to.

In many acute dental pain situations antibiotics should be able to tide you over for a week or two although they usually take 24 hours to kick in.

If your face/ gum is swelling try to get medical attention asap as swellings can quickly become very large and in very rare cases interfere with breathing and swallowing.
