Noflylist - This is what I call the modern version of medieval torture! I also remember times in Australia and NZ where the dentists never wore gloves - but, my word, they scrubbed up well before approaching your mouth. I can still smell that carbolic soap on their hands! Can't pinpoint when the disposable gloves came in - maybe 20 years ago?
