Not these pampered American cats who live in my house -- they are interested in birds and mice but will ignore rats and roaches.

Oh yeah...I got it done when I was a kid, there were these huge balls of wax that came out...but after that for a few days I can hear even a pin drop in the crowd..

I loved every moment of it, while It lasted...I guess one gets used to it afterwards...

So many superstitions begin because something once happened, got linked to something else that happened the same day, people talked, and then forever more the link is there.

It may be a generalisation, but it is a pretty good one!

It's a theory at least: your theories may vary
