I was in Delhi last fall on business and my trip got extended, so I needed more Malarone. I called a few pharmacies and the hotel doctor and the US Embassy medical center, and was told that Malarone is not sold in Delhi. I had to have someone from the US who was travelling over bring me some. They did have alternate varieties of malaria pills, that you take weekly, etc, but not that particular brand.

Malarone is not licensed for India. There was a patent infringement knockoff for awhile but it was caught. There is no indication whatsoever that the policy will change. Even if it were to happen, the cost would be nearly the same as elsewhere judging from Singaopore. Check out the Canadian online pharmacies, its somewhat cheaper there..
