Ayurvedic treatment
Hi,
I've looked through some back threads for information about ayurvedic treatment in Kerala and found it really informative and interesting, so I won't ask the same question again, but I was wondering if anyone has heard of a Dr. Hari Kumar Bhasker, near or in Trivilla who runs an ayurvedic clinic. I'm diabetic and thought that some treatment might help me manage it better. I'm also going to be in India (for the first time and I'm very excited) for a bout 2 months and was planning on doing some yoga and meditation too. I've read about the Sivenanda Ashram and was wondering if anyone has had any experience of it or has heard about it. I'm looking to learn about yoga not just as an exercise, but as a spiritul path too. Also i'm interested in Vipassana Meditation. Any thoughts or advice would be wonderful, I'm going at the end of Feb. so I'd like to make some informed desicions. Thanks for your time Danni  |
