i would like to do a ayurveda-treatment, regarding digestion disorders (constipation).
does anybody know a good place in bangalore or close by?

YES, go to Mysore. There are 2 brothers, Madhu and Murali, whose family have been Ayurvedic physicians for generations. They are very legit, I have had treatment from them, been to their ancestral Kerala home, met their doctor father, etc. They are the real deal. And the prices are very reasonable. Sorry I cannot remember their contact #s but they are well known in the Yoga community. Go to Mysore, ask some yoga students and you will be in good hands.

When talk about Ayurveda, one can not forget kottakkal aryavaidya sala, Kerala.
I guess the whole stuff is commercialized too much. But I am pretty sure, Kottakkal has never compromized on quality. But ordinary people can not afford staying in their place. I don't know. Normally State heads, Pop singers and aristocratic customers stay with them.

But if you think you can not afford their cost, go to any of their franchise pharmacy center. They employ a doctor absolutely free. Doctor prescribes the right medicine and you buy it.
Well, they also give advice online. Try it.
They have a center in Bangalore as well as in Kerala.
As far as I understand, Kottakkal Aryavaidya Sala is the most authentic ayurveda treatment center. They started research decades ago when there was not much commercial interest for ayurvedic treatment. They are geniune.
Agree, there are thousands of experts and other families who are also experts. But how do you verify them?

I am pained to see that a lot of people being cheated now in the name of Ayurveda. There was a time when people had gone to ayurveda doctor because that was damn cheap!!!
