ayurveda massage/spa South India
Anyone have any recommendations about ayurveda spas or massages in Kerala or Tamil Nadu? This would be for a day visit or just a drop in for a massage; nothing fancy, I'm frugal!

I know there's a massage place in Cochin nearby that famous coffee shop, can't remember the name now, but it's in Fort Cochin, not far from the Chinese Fishing Net, you can't miss it. I'll be heading to a beautiful Ayurvedic Spa in Kovalam Beach called Somatheeram Ayurvedic Spa, but it is not cheap.

if you just want a cheap massage with oil...you can find them in all the touristy places. many of the guesthouses will arrange ayurvedic massage for their guests. just ask at your hotel/guesthouse.
