Acupuncture material in India

Hello all! does anyone know how easy/hard it is to find acupuncture material (basically needles) in india?
I am an acupuncture student and was wondering wether I should take my own, or could manage to get some there whilst I'm on my trip around

There are practitioners here, so I guess there must be supplies here!

Not at all certain though. I'll ask my wife to ask her accupuncture doc.

well thx 4 the replies. I don't know where I am going to be, I will be just travelling around, mostly north I think. So I was just try6ing to figure out where to get my supplies in case I'd run out of 'em.

Your best bet is probably to just stop in at an acupuncturist's clinic when you see one b/c I saw an acupuncturist and he had me buy my own box of needles from him, so they do keep them in stock and might sell them.
