It was quite amazing, travelling out of Ahmadabad a few years ago during the Kite Festival, to see thousands of people standing on roofs and thousands of kites in the sky. I believe the hospital casualty rate rises noticeably during the festival.

Yes Alan, you are right, some people got fractures, some minor injuries, but after all, they enjoy the great festival for two days, on 14th and 15th jan as kite festival...
