How to leave hotel reviews

I'm trying to leave reviews for hotels in Gujarat but I can't work out how. For example the first hotel is not already listed and there is no add a review button only add hotel which is for the hotel owner and asks very specific questions. I've tried for 30 mins, any tips?

Bump (to get spammer off home page)

We had a spammer hitting indiamike with adverts for prostitutes, and as there wasn't a moderator online, we bump unanswered threads to the top to get the spam off the home page, it also helps unanswered threads get more attention.

I've never actually used it myself yet, but I think you may be misreading its functions.

In the Hotels section, just go to the nearest destination of your choice (in your case, Gujarat I guess); now use either the "Add Hotel" function for a new listing; or the "Add Review" one, for an existing listing.

Should be as simple as that really. Either option may ask you are you the owner; that doesn't mean it's restricted to those. Note they may ask quite specific questions, but many of those aren't mandatory; you can leave them blank if so desired. (When adding a review to an existing one, there are some mandatory fields that I feel get in the way, but anyway this is a separate problem that I've tried to address elsewhere.)
