Gujarat in march/ april?

Hello,

I´m planning to go to Gujarat from mid-march to mid april. Does anyone know what´s the weather like there, that time?

Urgh, trust me to be planning going back to Gujarat during Monsoon (July, Dates are not negotiable).

What are the Insects like during that season, lots of Mosquito's and Sand flies ?

Hi Darbooka,

The weather in March / April wont be that hot ( 34 - 38 degrees ). the Ahmedabadi summer really gets to you in end of April / May / June wherein it is know to reach till 48 degreees.

I wonder if you know of good bus company running sleepers from Ahmedabad to Jodhpur?

Hi Vishal,

You can try :

Mahasagar Travels - 079 - 26750811. Time is 7.30P.M.

However, you have to catch the bus from somewhere near Sabarmati Central Jail :-)

Sahjanand Travals also might be having. You can also try Raj Travels - they have a office at Wide Angle Multiplex.

Thanks. It is a pity there isnt a centralised info for intercity buses in Ahmedabad and one has to depend on word of mouth.

for india that might not be hot, but i think for some of the colder countries it will be damned hot!
