Here you go: http://www.world-heritage-tour.org/a...paner/map.html
and this as well: http://asi.nic.in/asi_monu_whs_champ...alkthrough.asp
Unfortunately, though Champaner is an ASI site, the excellent ASI goodearth guidebook series doesn't include this site. You could take a chance by calling up the Vadorara circle (phone numbers on the asi site - second link above) and ask them for a map or better, call locally when you're in vadodara or drop in if that works for you.
I also found this excellent blog about champaner , good first hand descriptions and good set of photos. May give some idea: http://champaner-pavagadh.blogspot.in/

ASI runs the Champaner-Pavagadh site from the Godhra Circle. The ASI sites list will tell you the names of all the protected structures there. On the way in to Champaner, keep an eye out for the left-side sign for the Ek Minar mosque, down a smallish track. That Mahmud Begara certainly knew how to lay out a city.
All the monuments are really spread in a huge area. Probably the best information can be taken from google maps. U remembre that some monuments were at 40 minutes by walk from the little village.
