accomodation in Palitana?

Hi,

Now in Diu, we're thinking of goiing to Palitana, because it's recommended often. Looking in out LP we find only one place to stay which doesn't look so good (state run Sumeru). There are dharamsalas, but only for Jains, it says and one other place - only for men.
Anybody who knows more (about) available accomodation?
Clean would be great?

No actually its not necessary all dharamsalas r for jains.
I had stayed at a place called pannalal dharamsala. It was quite good ,abt 1km frm satrunjaya base and the manager was also friendly and helpful(though it was a bit difficult to comunicate in hindi and english.Payed rs 200 per day for a room.
Still if you r not able to get into any of these, then stay at hotel shravak infront of the bus stand.
But dont miss the food at bhojanshalas served at some dharamsalas.
