Silent noise launch party on 7th November 2009 at Neptunes point. Palolem beach goa.

Its a headfone dance party with rocking trance music.
Silent Noise DJ Justin Mason from the UK and guests playing deep, funky and just about everything house, electro, progressive and big beats on all three channels at this perfect ocean view location.

Large AV screens projecting wild images, lights and lasers
Native American teepees for chillin
Massage chairs
Traditional festival chai ladies serving drinks and snacks
Tarot card readers
Bonfires
Fire dancers
This is a festival of music, for festival people! Creating a new generation for club culture.

Palolem is in South Goa. The idea of restricting yourself in a place without the anchorage of music does not appeal.

I attended one of these this year in May. It was good fun. They can have 4 djs perfoming live and you can simply change the channel and change to a DJ of your choice. the trouble is since its hot and with ur ears fully covered your body heat picks up and in no time ur all sweaty. So minimal clothing is recommended and not a dressed up event.

It was a decent crowd considering it was off season then.

A good experience as the moment you take the headset off there is complete silence, i quite enjoyed the sight of looking at ppl dancing and grooving in complete silence.
Also, that is a big positive for ppl who want to have an interesting conversation with some interesting company or watever else

attended this party couple of times.. its a gr8 concept and a gr8 place to be... 3 dj's playing side by side... and you can switch and select whom you want to listen.. in normal day they charge 1000 Rs for the headphones.. 500Rs is a security deposit,which is refundable...
But a gr8 concept..Kudos to Dan Booth and Justin Mason for this..
