Perhaps many have heard about the accident in Goa, which occurred at 00:30 04/08/2012, between Anjuna and Arporoy (Anjuna and Arpora (main road)). Killed our friend, a very good man, Vova Umantsev, he was only 28 .... Mother and father in tears, my friends can not believe ... His girlfriend (22 years) is now in hospital, Goa Medical College Hospital, Bambolim, after a complex operation. The girl removed the spleen, she had compound fractures, severe head injury. A perpetrator of the accident (according to our data the owner of a hotel in Mumbai) bribed the police, sent front of witnesses, this intimidation (directly to the police) that they gave other indications ... Now they want to hush up the case and instead substituted the driver a totally different person, there is was not at all (supposedly the driver was not the driver and passenger!). Likely to have a good lime driver pay, so he was punished instead of the culprit. Among other things, we did not wait for him not that help in the treatment, but at least the simple compassion ... an apology ...
The circumstances of the accident are as follows: Suzuki Swift car, moving from Saturday Night Market in Anjuna left side of the oncoming lane, where he encountered a scooter, driven by Vova, sat behind the girl.
Seeing how things are with the police, we understand that it zamnut culprit and not suffer any penalty ... Maybe someone else will die.
Please help! need any information, "how to act," really need a good Goan lawyer who knows the peculiarities of Indian law (and corrupt!). If we lose time, 100% released rogue.
Help on the spot Vova and Alexandra could be any one of us!

Our friend died, He was only 28, so young, kind and buoyant person. Parents are in despair. Friends could hardly believe that Vova was killed. His girlfriend now at the hospital after serious operations. Shi is only 22 - numerous of broken bones, serious head injury…
This is the only news that we found about this accident in mass media.
A 28-year-old Ukraine national was killed and his girl friend seriously injured when their motorcycle collided with a car at Anjuna in north Goa.
Anjuna Police said the accident took place yesterday when both were proceeding towards Anjuna on their motorcycle. Molodiamir Mogvasi was killed on the spot. his girl friend was rushed to Goa medical college hospital at Bamboli. Anjuna Police registered a case of accident. UNI SRN OBB SM1449 NNNN
As you see there is no information about car driver who is guilty in this situation. According to our intelligence car drive is an owner of the hotel somewhere in Mumbai. In different illegal ways he is trying to escape responsibility. Circumstances of the crash are next: the driver of Suzuki Swift went to the contra flow lane, where he collided head on with the motorcycle driven by Vova, his girlfriend was sitting behind.
We really need HELP! Any useful information about how to react in this case. We also looking for a good lawyer from GOA who knows all the nuances of Indian low.

Hello, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of this man. How is this girl now? Has she recuperated? The person who did this needs to be punished. I pray to god that the girl recovers soon and this man's parents get the courage to bear this irreparable loss.
If you can somehow get the English/Hindi news channels involved the police can't hush up the case so easily! Try CNN IBN, NDTV , Headlines Today , Times Now and the Hindi channels like
