Go inland....
Travel inland and keep away from the sea areas.I know its great to look at the Monsoon Seas crashing against the beach. If you go inland its green like you have never seen.Flowers and butterflies.Lots of snakes around because they go after the frogs in the paddy fields. The roads are mostly empty of everything-even the police stay indoors in the Monsoon.Lots of local bars open and restaurants. Friendly people too.

Im from London and will not be in India until late October. We are experiencing a heat wave here too.28c and thats hot for London mate!Might be in Delhi later though but i think im a bit older than you.Have a partner too. But get down to Goa and enjoy yourself.I dont have to warn you about the dangers, especially the two legged ones as we both come from cities and know what to look out for.Have fun.
