UK Flights to Goa - Recommendations
Hi All
Yes another question, sorry Been trawling the internet for flights to Goa from the UK Manchester preferably, but willing to fly from Birmingham or London. What are the recommendations for flights. There seems to be little difference between charter and scheduled, the charter are quicker, but the scheduled fit in with our 15 day plans. Is it allowed? Can anyone recommend a good travel agent or who is better to travel with? Thanks again Carol & Lee |

Hi and welcome to India Mike!
Air France have got some great offers to Mumbai at the moment. You can book directly through their website. Emirates often have good deals, too. Both fly daily from Birmingham. If you want Charter flights try First Choice. They fly non-stop from East Midlands to Goa. Hope this helps. Vicky xx |

Good info in last post.
Also try booking Manchester to Mumbai, or other places to Mumbai, the flights normally work out a fair bit cheaper, and it's easy (and fun) getting from Mumbai to Goa.

£368 is a good price for a direct flight, makes me wonder what price Jet are charging to Ahmedabad. (just thinking with my typing fingers, don't check)

Is what allowed?

Booking flights for instance, you can do online for yourself, both quickly and easily - and you can keep an eye on the prices and grab something good when you see it, which a travel agent will not do, they will give you what is on offer at whatever time you happen to ask for it. |

Travel agents can still outshine online booking even in this day and age. A local Indian agent can get you unbelievable prices at certain times of the year. I've never thought online booking was all that cheap, easy yes but competitive not always.
Now I'm going to recommend a cheap online carrier who might get you there cheap but not all that easy. Air Arabia, might not be to your taste going via Turkey/The Middle east but it is cheap |

We've paid £361 to fly from Birmingham to Mumbai with Air France on 1st December and returning 5 weeks later.
Just got to sort out cat sitters now! |
