Transport from Dabolim airport (Goa)

Does anyone know if there is any way other than taxi to get from Dabolim airport (Goa)?
Bus?
Train?
If yes, where do I get it from?
Where does it/do they go?

Experience travelling all over the world says there always is public transport to/from airports: after all, is not as though airport staff take taxis to work. However it can be a real challenge to find... I've had some lovely journeys this way (eg from Mumbai airport by local train), and met really nice people eg very early in the morning when they were on their way to work.

For starters, you've posted this in the wrong forum, considering this is the Ladakh foru, while Dabolim is in Goa...

You should be able to get either buses or taxis from Dabolim/ Not trains however.

You did not mention where exactly you want to go to from Dabolim. Do you want to go to Panjim? Margao? Vagator?
There is a non-stop bus service from Dabolim airport to Panjim run by the Kadamba Transport Corporation. I think it is twice a day. There is no train service.

get out of the airoprt.
immediately opposite there is a bus stand which can give you option to go to vasco, madgaon, basically.

moreover from these places you can get to all the places you want to be in goo.

so bus service not a problem at all from dabolim,
unless it is after 2000hrs local time till 0600 hrs in the morning.

Taxis at the airport are cheap and fixed rate.No worry about a rip-off.Pre paid counter with prices is in front when you leave the Arrivals.
