Tardiness of GTDC

As asked by GTDC, I deposited the required tariff in their bank account on 15th Oct and faxed the receipt.
But they are yet to acknowledge it and confirm the reservation.
Tried to call, but the phone goes on ringing and nobody picks it up.
What to do now?

I would say try calling again. I know this would cause anxiety.

The numbers GTDC website gives, they keep ringing and nobody picks them up.
