Never stayed there, but here's their website:

http://www.sukhsagargoa.com/

Colva btw is a crowded, built up beach in case you didn't know. It's probably the most popular beach in Goa. Benaulim 2 k.m. south is less crowded and better than Colva. And south of Benaulim is pretty much miles of empty beach with a hotel here and there.

Between Colva and Utorda is also a nice stretch. Quiet in the middle at Betalbatim. Colva is scruffy.

I shall advise you to steer clear of Colva and head south to Benaulim.

When are you going to Goa?
If it's not high season then I would just show up and find a place when you get there. I know of some nice places on the beach in Benaulim that are not expensive. I can't remember their names though.

There's one at Benaulim called O Palmar Beach resort. Very basic facilities but bang opp. the beach.
