there is a place called the star hotel that has rooms to suit your needs , they have a small pool too , within 3 mins walk to the beach , i stayed there for a night in april paid rs 1100 . they have lots of rooms so you should get a better price this time of year - is advised not to venture into the sea as it is very rough at this time

Dude, there's some place called Silver Sands or such that's lke 100m from the beach, where singles start from 600 - you just reach Colva and you'll have enough places. btw, consult LP too

Yes hitanshu is right, as this is off season it's better if you go there & see the place & then check in.
Also note that it's raining heavily right now in goa. When it rains it rains very heavily. I go to Goa every 2 - 3 months for my business. Last to last year when I was there in the month of July I had not seen sun for my entire tour of 5 days.

Enjoy.
