Does any one know of this particular festival and where in goa can one see the celebrations?????

Really, Shigmo last year in Palolem was the most inspiring Holi I've had anywhere in India and it was VERY popular with the local Hindu population.
Every year I get about 2O invites to go and eat and watch the dancing, the temples are packed for this, strange for a festival that isn't popular amongst the local population |
