I googled the Sea Pearl Guest House and they have one in Calangute, not Candolim. Apparently there number is 2276899. Don't have anymore info.

We are going to Goa on 10th December for a week.

We will be staying at the same guest house.

You may go through their website seapearl.in

Mr. Dominic Braganza is the owner and seems to be very nice man.

They are reasonably priced Rs.600/- to Rs.800/- per day (depending upon season and type of rooms)

If you need any further details about the place you may mail me at jaideep1@bluebottle.com

I'm considering this place too, how easy is it to get around from the hotel to the "nightlife"...

we stayed in seapearl guest house early jan 2007. it is a nice guest house- basic- has fan, balcony, ensuite clean rooms. just on the beach. great shack just outside for drinks, food.
candolim centre is about 10 minutes away by walk. calingute you need transport. we had hired a scooter and went around goa- not only into city but also to other sites like anjuna beach, etc.

we had a great time!

regards
