Hi all

What`s the prise for 3-4 badroom house from october to april?
Whan the best time to find it?
How many month do i need to pay right away?

There is no standard price for a rental house in Goa -- location and quality vary a lot.

You don't give any information about yourself, or your requirements. Are you looking for a house for a family and require a degree of comfort, or are you looking for an inexpensive place to share with some friends?

Many young Russians have found the area north of the Chapora river a good place to stay for the season -- the area around Morjim and Mandrem. There are both older, traditional Goan houses as well as some purpose-built newer ones here as it has become increasingly popular. Arriving in October you should be able to find what you are looking for by checking around. Get a place for a night or two and check out the area by scooter letting people know what you are looking for. There won't be any internet listing of this type of housing.

Rent and conditions would be between you and the owner -- if you are trying to get a good 'season price', some sort of advance might be necessary.

I have found next info.
The rate for 3-4 badroom house is 20-25000 Rs, 15000 is local style.
I need to pay for all months.
I prefer Anjuna or Vagator more than area north of the Chapora river.
