Real Estate agents North Goa

Looking for real estate agents for North Goa (Panaji and north of that). Anybody here know any good ones? Not looking for agents specialised in vacation rentals or apartment leases.

Looking for the following:
-House with 3 or more large bedrooms (preferably two stories)
-2 large halls/living rooms
-outside areas (garden, balcony, terrace, etc)
-preferably a seperate house (no 'attached' neighbours)
-pets must be allowed
-NON-furnished
-internet connectivity must be available in that area

Does anybody know of estate agents who deal in this type of houses?

You might want to follow up on rentals by yourself. A middleman may well make things a lot more expensive for you!!

Base yourself somewhere and ask around if you're there before the tourist season begins the options are endless!!

I'm fairly sure the Homes and Estates mag has rentals as well, but you might have difficulty getting a copy outside Goa.

Priyamav, is this house for just one person or is it for company use? I can put you in touch with some people who can show you around but from the description that you provided the only place you will get that type of a house is in,
1) Dona Paula
2) Miramar
3) Porvorim

Porvorim has serious water problems and it can be quite bothersome getting a water tanker to supply your house on a regular basis. The quality of the water supplied by these tankers is not very good either.

It will be used for both office and home use (it's a small company, just 4 employees). Found a house on indiaproperties in the calangute area with 5 bedrooms and 700m from the beach. Wondering if that is in the "tourist area" or not. Found a few in Dona Paula, but most are part of some compound or complex, we need a seperate building.

There should be a few in Miramar. As far as the one in Calangute, yes it should be smack in the middle of the tourist area.
