Ramada Caravela views!
Hello all!
this came out as a bolt outta the blue but my boss has gifted me a 3n/4d holiday in South Goa at the Ramada Caravela Beach Resort in Varca with full board as well!!! I have been to Goa countless times but mainly have stayed at small places in the North,in Panjim when on work and last year in Palolem but again in a small tiny place which my little pocket could afford! I will be taking my wife and son who is a year and half old,we dont intend to do much but just relax and take a break from the day to day work schedules and endless hours spent in traffic jams and are actually looking forward to the rains! anybody who has stayed here or have their views to share,i would really appreciate it! thanks and cheers GxMx |

The Marriott hotel in Panjim is in Miramar in a residential area. The best part of this hotel is the fact that it is right on the edge of the Mandovi river.
It has a nice swimming pool which is barely a few feet from the river and a restaurant besides the pool. In the afternoon you get lovely breeze coming off the river if you sit in the coffee shop which is adjacent to the lobby. This hotel has a disco as well as a casino. I would call the casino as a micro-casino because it is very small and the disco also is very small. The conference centre is quite good. The main restaurant is not that great as far as food is concerned. |
