Procession of All Saints - Goa

I've just been reading that every year on the 5th Monday of Lent (26th March this year) there is a big procession in Goa, with effigies of saints/martyrs/popes etc. paraded around.

Does anyone have any details of this years event? Where it takes place? what time? Is it worth going? I'll be in Goa on this date and thought it might be fun to see.

It say's it's the Procession of the Franciscan Order at Old Goa.
